yeah my experience with the current insurance company was much better.
some years ago, i had an accident. I brought it to the body shop for an estimate and the insurance company just took care of the bill.
the body shop did a very good job, it came out better than before the accident because they also repaired all the curb damages on the wheels. they weren't caused by the accident but they repaired them all anyway.
