They are self tapping, so you don't need to drill a pilot hole.

I used a blotch of black touch up paint and dabbed the side screws with it so they are less noticeable. Alternatively, you could use a standard automotive clip, one you'd find in the misc hardware section of your local auto parts store.

For those, you would need to drill a pilot hole.
