My sense is that maxq, being pc-windows based, will get better over time... and it has the benefit of allowing you to run other windows-based apps on the netbook... but the overall output of the chasecam/traqmate looks better to me, it is simpler to setup and operate, no BSODs!, they are known for great support/warranty, and widely recommended.

if you're familiar with the maxq, would welcome your counterpoints so folks can hear both viewpoints... it prob has other merits that i'm not considering
