You can email me at jonw@alteredatmosphere.com so that I can get on our list, and if you like, between 72 and 48 hours before the actual meet, you can paypal mikem@alteredatmosphere.com the $50, so you don't have to worry about it on the day of the meet. But its not mandatory or anything to get you name on the list.

So just a simple email will work, and I can add you on to the list!
