Underneath the passenger side of the car is a covering that is bolted on that is made of a non-metal material. Something hit it and bashed it open. I never heard anything so I have no clue how it happened. I pulled a piece off and it is almost like a durable fiberboard like material that is reinforced with fibers and painted on the outside to be resistant to weather.

I doubt the dealership would have one in stock. Anyone know a better way for me to describe this to the dealership so I could have them get one in stock before I drive there? I don't know what to call this part. The closest dealer is 40 minutes away, so I'd prefer not to drive out twice, once for them to figure out what part I need, then another time to get the part.
