Nissan 370Z Forum - View Single Post - Am I the only one with the bad clear coat?

So I've had my Black Z for one week now and of course birds have shat upon it. I wipe it off as soon as I see it, but I still have damaged clear coat pretty much everytime!! This seems ridiculous. Is this happening to other dark colored cars too or is my clear coat a reject?
