Default Clutch Rattle

I don't know if there is another thread to this, but here goes...

I have about 7k miles on my Z and I've been having this "problem" ever since I got my car..
Being that this is my first manual car, I don't know too much.

When I depress the clutch while switching gears, I feel the clutch rattling like crazy under my foot, like it's having a seizure or something. It doesn't jump and go all over the place, it just feels like it's going crazy. Like it's tapping back at my foot. This also happens when it's fully depressed.

Is there a problem or is it just because of the car?

It's pretty weird cuz after reading some posts about driving barefoot, I had to try it. It felt really nice. When I did this, I didn't feel anything.. lolz..

dunno, just thought I might throw this out and try to get a more technical explanation to this..

your responses are appreciated..

Thanks in advanced..
