I think a GT-R makes a good DD if you are not putting 100 miles on it daily.
I drive around 30-40 tops daily and would consider a GT-R for daily use. The up keep fees are a bit high, but you do not have to go with OEM products on everything. I would go to a GT-R certified dealer to have the work done, but would pick my own products to use if I felt something was better.
