Injen's only required modification is, I believe, the washer fluid reservoir has to be chopped and modded. They may even include a custom one in their package. Check out m4a1mustang's DIY thread for details.
Also, AAM Competition, one of our forum sponsors, can custom machine you a long cold air intake that requires little additional mods. You might want to hit up either Jon or Clint from AAM for details on their intakes.
