With stillen headers, cats, exhaust and G3 intake I only got 26 hp. The ECU flash is well worth the money, especially because of the rev limiter.

The real power gain is not "peak power," but the "area under the curve." For example, After all the Stillen parts were installed, but without the ECU reflash, a 1-2 shift (manual) drops you from 7600 rpm to 4600 rpm with drop in power from 328 hp to 210 hp. After the ECU reflash, you drop from 8100 rpm to 5000 rpm with a drop in power from 343 hp to 245 hp. Because it keeps you higher in your rev range, you're getting lots more power.
