are you letting the gas off before pushing the clutch in? your timing may be bad with that. try it again but instead of pushing the clutch in, accelerate to 3000 and just let the gas off suddenly like would be shifting. You may be starting to engine brake before you are pushing the clutch in. you should let off the gas when the clutch is at its release point not when u start pushing the clutch in. if it feels the same as accelerating to 3000 and just taking your foot off the gas this is your problem. Is this your first manual car because my sister did this when i was teaching her in my beater?
