Jamaica951 is right. It comes in as a raw, high grade fiberglass in off white color. Almost looking like a plastic if Im not mistaken. Just from there you will see Japanese aftermarket quality.
As for the paint, every paint has its code so I suggest you go to your trusted paint shop to mix it for you.
