Im on stock tires, i had about 10k miles on the car. I have no idea about the drift lessons, all i did was kick the clutch and seemed to work well for me. but our cars have some kind of stability control even with traction control off, this makes it difficult to slide. do some research in the track section about turning that off, or talk to a member named triples, he'll help you out. also, you might want to get an oil cooler and break fluid because it will get pretty hot. you should also wait until you break in the car, just in case.
