Thats what i was thinking about this car. The 5w20 may run too thin due to high temp and excesive driving. IMO, if you dont drive it hard all the time and dont go for a long distance you will be ok. If you drag the car and let it cool down after each run you should be ok...BUT......oild coolers will, and i firmly believe this, will allow you to run the 5w20 oil with no issues at all plus you can get the oil pan extentions (i dont know there proper name).
also it should be a good brand of oil, i roll with the moble 1 5w20....shoot it sponsors NASCAR cant be too bad of a brand.
