Seconding this because it's all true.

Also Dell has owned Alienware for quite some time now. Alienware hasn't been the exclusive brand it used to be for at least six or seven years. If you're looking for that, head over to Falcon-NW.

Like the other guy said, the i7 is all you need. The EE is completely worthless as far as OC'ing goes unless you are on something above water -- which, uh, you aren't going to be on a laptop.

Not really trying to stir **** here, but I don't want to see someone buy a very expensive laptop and not get what they are paying for.

edit: also the cooling on those is notoriously bad! if you buy this, invest in some sort of external laptop cooler.
