Well any kind of FI introduces its issues, specially for a track car. For a street car no issues really with any FI choice.
Superchargers are probably the least impacting one, adding mainly just maintenance issues with belts, but as long as you carry spare belts with you it would be fine
otherwise it should be a reliable option for the track.
