the bumper may fit correctly but there may be pieces underneath, supports and such, that are different. the front tray will be different as well. my friend just put a nismo v3 bumper on his 03 350z and it ended up being a lot of new pieces to get it to work. looks good tho. i know Z1 motorsports has a nismo rear clip sitting in their showroom, might wanna contact them about the rear piece
