Smog? we have no stinking smog in Alberta? It's all a *cough cough* smoke screen by the media (what do you mean you can't see the mountains from here?) That blue haze over the city? It's just water vapor from the industry plants .....yea just water vapor
Seriously though, Alberta does not have mandatory smog testing for vehicles but does have laws in place about changing the catalytic converters and bypassing pollution control mechanisms. The laws are on the books but rarely enforced.
