the problem is that after the install, the engine automatically switches into limp mode detecting something wrong in the system. rpm is limited to 3.5k. we also disconnected the battery for a reset. got scared and just removed it for the mean time and everything was back to normal.

You may want a qualified Mechanic to check it out or the dealer? if you followed the cooler instructions carefully you may another problem. How hot is your oil temp? and what is the ambiet temperature?
