Ok by my calculations if you want flush with 0-5mm extra room on stock alignment and you want to up your wheel width sizes here are your specs:
F 19 x 9.5 +39
R 19 x 10.5 +21 or 22
F 19 x 10 +45
R 19 x 11 +28
