Fist pull the weather stripping back around the door a pillars and take the tweeter cover off on the right for the antenna. After that you can route the wires threw that area and push the stripping back over top of the wires. For the mic place it in the plastic piece of the pillar and using a butter knife push the wire down and than fish it threw the side of the weather stripping on the left.
