I dont know how it is in Dubai, I just wanna get that out of the way first. There are shops that can actually shave 5-7 mm off the inside of the wheel to make it a higher offset, which could potentially solve your poke. I use to have RE30's and would have done about anything to trade them for some SF winnings (my favorite mesh wheel). So if it were me SF winning>GT30.
