Sounds like Amway Nogood. I'd be very wary of something like this. The only things that I know of that provide guaranteed returns are CD's, T-bills and high yield savings accounts.
I kind of chuckle when I think of the money I have lost through Securities. The irony is I had securities but there was nothing secure about them.
These guys sound like another form of "multilevel marketing."
I'd stay away from this one.
