Don't worry too much about it, I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at once. Like you, my lower wisdom teeth were impacted, but mine were so bad it was actually eating away the enamel on the teeth next to it.

I went under anesthesia too, so obviously I didn't feel a thing. When I woke up though, I had gauze in my mouth to try and suppress the bleeding. You'll have to deal with it too, though not as bad as me since I had all four out. Just try to suppress your gag reflex.

You'll feel like crap for the rest of the day and maybe a bit on Wednesday, but you should be fine. Don't even think about eating anything that requires chewing, go find yourself some tomato soup or anything soft, you'll need it.

Oh yeah, post op care is everything. I was actually told to use a syringe and spray a bit of warm salt water into the sockets to keep them clean. As long as you're diligent in keeping it clean, you'll have no problems with the recovery.
