Default Need Help: Glueing Felt onto Lexan (Polycarbonate Plastic)

Here's a random question... I can't find a reasonable answer googling.

I am doing a DYI project for my Z and I need to glue some black felt onto a piece of Lexan (Polycarbonate Plastic). Basically a porous material onto a non porous material. What type of glue should I be using for this? Does anyone have any idea?

The felt will be visible and is for decorative purposes so it needs to look as smooth as possible.

Thanks for the help.
