I wouldnt sweat it...people will buy them without the sensor for the right price.

its way less of a hassle...you can take the stock wheels and new wheels to virtually any reputable tire shop and have them balance and swap them out...I think its more of an issue for them if you bring your own TPMS not already with wheels mounted I dont know why but it is..
