I just laid down some HushMat today along the lower firewall, beneath the seats, in the trunk and rear wheel wells (on the inside of the car), and on the middle section where the amp is. I notice a substantial difference. The engine noise is subdued unless I really gun it. Road noise is clearly lower, which was the biggest issue for me. I can still hear my fantastic Stillen exhaust but that's a noise that I don't mind in the least.

I use the bluetooth in the car quite a bit and I can definitely say that the HushMat was a worthwhile investment. It's certainly not Lexus quiet but it is very reasonable now. I only added 41 lbs of weight, which isn't going to make any substantial different to my performance, particularly with my bolt-ons.

All in all, I would recommend this process.
