I want to start getting a list so I can get a shopping list.

The food will be Hamburger, Cheeseburgers, Hot dogs, Italian sausage for he knows who , who maybe we can get to bring some ribs
chips, dips, and everyone’s favorite for early summer months Augamelon. (Watermelon) Drinks will be water and whatever is on sale Coke, diet coke, sprite sierra mist, Pepsi, iced tea etc.
Grilling will be done by ___________. I will try to get my Dad back(if he feels better). Tips appreciated he says If we have a grilling specialist that would work also.
I will get a price for all the food and then set the price for the meet. Lets say $5-10 dollhairs. Should not be more then that.
The Pavillion is reserved and we are on the way. I hope to see a bunch of you guys there and some new ones. I will spread the word so some locals will make a nice showing.
