I could barely fit my hand up there so I doubt that a dremel would have fit. It took about 45 minutes to get through half of it so some type of motorized device would've been nice. Now I know why it has been referred to as the "Demon Bolt".
Oh and If anyone else feels like attempting the HFC install just remove the intake boxes and hoses. It only takes a few minutes and it opens up so much more room to get at the bolts.
