Both are great cars, it really comes to preference for you, you should go into both dealerships and see for yourself which car you fall in love with.
Motortrend has a video on Genesis v Mustang v 370z I think, if you want to compare the technical stuff, but other than that, you can probably find issues with the 370z's in a few of the complaints threads or that 2011 wishlist thread
