What??? Yes you should be concerned. Installing a new crush washer is standard procedure any time an oil change is performed on ALL cars. Where do they get these yahoos? Sheesh. Nissan sells them in bags of 12, if I recall correctly. In fact, give me a min. and I'll go get the part number off of my pack in my tool chest. Unbelievable.
