Yes they weight exactly the same as stock, I had the front ones and compared the weights during installation.

You don't want a full floating 2-piece rotor anyway, just a maintainence headache with no benefit unless you spend 90% of your time at the track. Go with a fixed 2-piece like you found below. You won't save quite as much weight on the rears as the front as most use an iron hat in the rear to support the e-brake function.
