I ve spoken to the people in Ford servicing and FPV premium hotline. It was a joke and all they did was say 'I appreciate that your car dont drive straight'. We will tell the dealer to change the wheel alignment specs. Yeah it drove straight, but it killed the tyres even more. Why couldnt blind freddy work out it needed a castor camber kit.

So I took the car to Fulcrum Suspensions, a real automotive suspensions place and they fixed it. Cost $1100 - Castor camber kit, braces and bushes.

End result - Car drives straight. Never taking a car back to Ford and $1100 I spent was better than arguing with a bunch of call centre people.

I've had have my car modified and the car never has gone back to a Ford dealer. I go to a performance specialist who I can trust and rely on to do mods and servicing.

So Gumpy - take your car to a trusted person to service..... Although it is my understanding that as long as a third party has serviced your car as per the log book, Nissan cannot deny your warranty claim.
