You can flash tune NA cars.

I got my FPV GT modified and as part of the modifications, I got a CAPA Flash tuner. Its got 3 settings, high performance, poor fuel and restriction of revs to 1500rpms.

End result was that power moved from 290kws at the motor to 347kws.
