Man isn't that the truth. As someone who has 30+ years in management, I have seen every fad from "Quality Circles" to you name it. The over riding theme to all of them always seems to be "what can I spin to be the next big thing, so I can write a book about it and/or charge you an outrageous hourly fee for my consultant services , and convince you that your company needs this to succeed" ................ Nike nailed it ...... "just do it" ........ do your damn job and stop all the frilly spin.
