Extreme, why? The car has many faults Nissan refuses to fix. Plus the majority of owners won't take a stance because they have blind love for the car and don't want to be without it. This took months of my life and every dealer I went to would literally talk down to my wife and myself and some would even get heated. Instead of Nissan doing the right thing when I brought this issue up (with under 100 miles) was to swap out the car. They refused and instead made me waste months fighting. I'm done and after all the bad experiences I had with dealers I'll never buy another Nissan again.
