I think PG is a very hard color to match wheels to. they definitely look too blue in those higher res pics. I think matte black is the way to go with PG. this might work out well for you, get them all redone for no charge in a new color. I've had motorcycle wheels and frames powdercoated and it's virtually indestructible. my stuff was prepped with a media blast. I guess mike says it doesn't matter, but I surely would feel better about the new finish biting into clean metal.
