Swirls marks on a brand new car, you know….the ones with less than 10 miles, are caused by the detailers! Most car dealerships have the lowest paid people to wash and dry their cars. I have witnessed the use of cotton rags to dry new cars before being delivered to the customer. Anyone with the simplest knowledge of how not to scratch new clear coat would always employ the proper car care. Clean sponges, microfiber towels etc. Visit an upscale car dealership!
