Anyone in Florida Know how to match 40th paint?

Had my rear bumpers painted because I knocked the car in neutral and it rolled into the garage door as it opened. I had someone locally in Polk County paint

Had my rear bumpers painted because I knocked the car in neutral and it rolled into the garage door as it opened. I had someone locally in Polk County paint it and they gave up and refunded my money because they couldn't get it to match. Any ideas?
