One bargaining ship you might have is that that car has been sitting at the dealership for over a year... dealerships tend to not like that. They might;ve been a dime a dozen in 2010, but this far down the road, a new 40th isn't a dime a dozen anymore.
The special interior/exterior colors and of course the collectibility is worth it IMO.

thats a valid point too... and trust me I drove my wife crazy with talk like that. I've been trying to find peace in inperfection lately. I keep wanting the "perfect car" but im starting to realize that doesn't exist. its a machine that depreciates like anything else. ive been through a lot with my Z and i want to keep it around. plus i have a killer deal on the one i got... one that wouldnt be matched if i bought a brand new 40th...
