The diff has a left and right front bushings and a single rear bushing. The side bushings are simple rubber. The rear bushing is liquid filled.

Nissan stealerships get oil in bulk. Since majority of the vehicles use 0W20, that's what they carry and use. Its cheaper for them. YOU HAVE TO ASK for 5W30 or anything else. They should not have have used 0W20. They SHOULD know better.

Solution: Find a new mechanic. 2. Find a new Nissan Dealership.
