Hi,
I am hoping that you found a fix for this issue?

My 2013 370z just had this issue after installing a Z1 uprev tune and now is stuck in the same issue of acc, on and off.

The car was running perfectly well, I pulled in in the garage and the next day I installed 3in intakes and their plenum on the car and successfully flashed the tune on the car, everything seemed to go well, except when I went to start the car and... well here I am searching to see if anyone else has had this issue before and what they did to fix it.

Seems like this is the exact same issue you had.
