is this the correct belt for your application?
It appears your belt has Round teeth and you have square cogs on your pulleys.
Which leads me to think you have the incorrect belt. It will slip
I know this beause, my old D21 pickup chnaged the timing belt style (round to square teeth) mid production. If you went to the parts guy and told him just the year and make you would get handed either style. If the parts guy was observant and noted this, he would ask you for your VIN number.
It's hard to tell from pictures how square your pulley teeth are. This is my guess. (doesn't help when it's only $17 and made in PRC
