The problem is resolved! It was a bad throttle body like Spooler said. All of the codes and the VDC lights cleared after replacing the TB.

The Stillen TB wiring extension showed zero resistance. After unplugging and checking the wiring, the car suddenly had a really rough idle. I shut it off, tried to start it again, and it would not start at all as though the throttle body finally failed completely. I found a replacement Hitachi ETB0005, which appears to be the OEM replacement without Nissan written on it. Amazon had the cheapest price at $185, but they happened to have one "open box" for only $46! I would check there first. The Nissan stealership wants almost $700, so f**k them.
