If ford knows where every car is at any given time and also who owns it, then it’s pretty easy to figure out who’s driving. Especially if you combine that with cell phone location data. 
This is possible with any semi modern car with nav/gps. |
If people are going to be this stupid with their street racing maybe that kill switch thingy isn’t such a bad idea.
