Default SPL front lower control arm bushing replacement

Took the front lower control arm to a performance shop to have the SPL
bushings pressed onto the lower control arm. They said they put the arms
in a freezer to shrink it. The stud was clearly too large to receive the bushing.
The crack is in the main spherical bushing that outer one articulates over.
Is this dangerous to install or will it still function and hold up. You can clearly
see how the inner sleeve pushed the aluminum from the stud as it was
pressed on. My car is strictly a race car.
Sorry, but pictures won't load.
