"Florida baby dies after being left in hot car by babysitter now charged with manslaughter, deputies say."

Not sure why this keeps happening, but the penalty for this is too lenient, along with other laws/violations. Because of 1 person's negligence, another person (who is completely helpless) dies and in one of the worst ways of essentially being burned to death.
