Like BGTV8 said… hopefully they didn’t make some permanent modification to your suspension to get you 3 degrees of negative camber. That’s the only reason why it wouldn’t be reversible

If the car is lowered, the camber would already be pushed in that direction, so the tech may not have had to do much to get it to the requested -3 degrees. OP likely needs to go to aftermarket control arms to get it in range.
