The Mercedes in Spain was the same. It just used different body work. Sorry Horner there is no conspiracy at all. Hard to say if that gives Mercedes an advantage yet.
No one is showing the speed at all. Over 3 seconds slower so far than the fastest lap in Bahrain last year. Much more pace is waiting for all of them it appears.
