Your only 17 so it's all good too not have a job yet. But once you hit 18/19 and try and get with some chicks and they know you don't have a job cuz your parents say you don't have to have one...I think the chicks might walk away.
Also, is this your first car? If so....I'd go for front wheel drive. So many young kids get expensive sports cars and wrap them around a tree
